The Abacus Olympiad (AO) goes beyond basic calculations by strengthening a student's foundational knowledge in core subjects like mathematics and science. Structured through two distinct levels of difficulty, the exam prepares students for high-stakes national and international competitions, fostering the proficiency and confidence needed to excel in a competitive academic landscape.
How to participate
- ITO conducts online and offline Olympiad exams for students of Class 1 to Class 10.
- Register through your school, or register individually online — the whole process happens online. Schools share participant names and classes with the ITO team.
- Students participating through their school take the exam in school; students enrolling individually take it from home.
- Participating students can order Olympiad books online.
- Contact your subject teacher to enroll for the Abacus exams; ITO rewards deserving toppers with prizes and awards.
