- The contact information of the user can be used by Indian Talent Olympiad to send alerts regarding services and offers; all service-related notifications are sent to the registered mobile number and email.
- When you register for an Annual Olympiad / Monthly Olympiad subscription or sign up for a free demo test, personal information is collected. We may use the data to give users a better experience and to enhance the quality of our services.
- Usage of any information or materials on this website is solely at the user's own risk; users must satisfy themselves that services, products or information available through the website match their specific requirements.
- ITO will not disclose information obtained through registrations — names, contact details (mobile numbers and email IDs), address details — to any third party, as per NDAs set by government norms and regulations.
- ITO does not share payment-related details with third parties. Payments carried out on payment-gateway platforms are third-party operated, and consumer-behaviour and contact information may be stored with them; if data sharing happens by that third party, ITO is not liable for claims, which are restricted to the third party only.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page, and via email and/or a prominent notice on the service before the change becomes effective.
